FMC’s goal for this project was to have the Delaware office mirror FMC Tower, where they have high-end AV systems and great design aspects. Formcraft made this happen by using the same systems from FMC Towers in FMC Delaware’s conference rooms.

 

FMC also wanted to upgrade its lobby. The lobby now is more of an experience and is more usable and attractive. Safety and security are important to FMC, so the lobby is designed that visitors get an orientation to safety when they arrive.

 

A unique aspect of this project is the collaborative area Formcraft designed. This area allows for a shift in company culture by creating an open area where employees can gather on modern furniture. There are a coffee station and a movable partition that can create a more private space. The employees call this area the town hall.

The corridors received new carpet and paint to freshen the space up, and the workstations were modernized and redesigned to help hold more people.
