Donna McDaniel
Sr. Interior Designer
Donna is a dedicated interior design professional with a keen understanding of the design process and the interconnection of innovation, communication and client relationships. Areas of focus are sustainable and human-centered design. She works and collaborates with forward-thinking organizations and leaders in the industry to positively impact the built environment.
Owen Druckenmiller
Managing Director
Owen has been with Formcraft since 2001, bringing years of experience to a key leadership position. In his years at Formcraft, he has surrounded himself with a driven and capable team as well as expanded the company with the opening of a city office in Philadelphia. Owen is interested in supporting non-profit education systems while being a husband, and father to 2 young children.
Jim Beale
Director of Project Delivery
Jim has over 28 years of experience in the industry. He is a huge part of the entrepreneurial & progressive spirit of the company, especially enjoying the opportunity for a unique collaborative experience with each customer. A Delaware County native and dedicated family man, Jim has also played guitar since he was 18.
David Barbalace
Technical Manager
Originally from South Jersey, Dave attended Drexel University. After graduating in 2014, he spent a few years at LF Driscoll before joining the Formcraft team. Dave appreciates the integrated project delivery at Formcraft and having the whole process in one team. Outside of work, Dave plays the guitar and goes surf-fishing.
Philip Lock
Principal / Marketing Director
Philip is a passionate marketing veteran with 9 years’ experience at Formcraft. He’s passionate about creating spaces for businesses that help their people feel happier, more productive, and more fulfilled. Originally from Cape May Courthouse, NJ, Philip studied Marketing at the University of Cambridge. A design enthusiast, and self-proclaimed coffee snob, Philip embodies Formcraft’s entrepreneurial spirit.
Daniella Pifano
Architect
Daniella is originally from Brazil and completed her university there. Prior to Formcraft, she was part of a firm that focused on corporate and hospitality design. At Formcraft, Daniella enjoys the process of getting to know a client’s culture & brand, and ultimately tying these together to make a successful final product. Daniella loves the outdoors, traveling, and horseback riding.
Denny Brown
Principal
Denny has been a Principal & Project Executive at Formcraft since 2009. He holds a BA in Architecture and strives to pursue excellence and create an atmosphere of teamwork on the job. He is originally from Royal Oak, Michigan and volunteers at a local school, loves the outdoors, and enjoys barbecuing and spending time with the family.
Wayne Druckenmiller
Principal
After attending Indiana University, Wayne started full time with Formcraft in 2005. Wayne is a huge supporter of the process - he enjoys seeing the project through from concept to completion. Formcraft provides the unique opportunity to be a part of the whole process while working with one team towards a common goal. Away from work, Wayne enjoys weekends spent wine tasting.
Julia Lech
Sr. Interior Designer
Julia holds a degree in Art & Design from Moore College and has a background in corporate design. In her 4th year at Formcraft, she is a huge advocate of the integrated process as it lets her build relationships with the client, and see the work through from start to finish. Outside of work, Julia is a dance & Zumba instructor.
Amanda Blecher
Interior Designer
After graduating from Philadelphia University in 2014 with a BS in Interior Design, Amanda strongly believes in the power of design. She enjoys applying her passion to positively impact people’s lives through her creative visions for dynamic and holistic workspaces. Her creative spirit extends to her hobbies where she can be found outdoors shooting landscape and nature photography.
Elaine Ciufo
Interior Designer
Elaine is a Drexel Alum with over 30 years’ experience in the field and in that time has several publications spanning the Corporate Design Magazine, Interiors and Sources Magazine, and Architectural Detailing in Contract Interiors. Elaine is also closely involved with the restoration of Ambler Mainstreet, helping individual retail stores utilize their new space.
Maura DiNardo
Interior Designer
Originally from Philadelphia, Maura holds a B.S. in Interior Design and is on the planning committee of the IIDA Philadelphia City Center. She has worked on design projects ranging from higher education to museums/cultural facilities. She is excited to continue working with a variety of clients ranging from law to technology here at Formcraft.
Courtney Page
Interior Designer
Courtney loves to take a space to its full potential and deliver a product that is not only beneficial to the client, but to the cause of sustainability as a whole. With over 21 years of experience in the field, she brings valuable insight to the design team. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping, with her family.
David Druckenmiller
Market Researcher
David has been with Formcraft for 25 years and counting! Working mainly on projects related to market research, he is excited about figuring out advantageous segments and customers to stimulate growth for the company. Originally from Newtown Square, he is actively involved in the community - with activities ranging from church to the school board.
John Chadwick
Site Superintendent
John has over 25 years in the construction industry as a Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, Electrical Superintendent, and Foreman, on a very diverse set of projects. He is responsible for on-site project administration, supervision, and coordination of contractors, technical management, and to provide a high-quality product on schedule, consistent with the customer’s vision and the project objectives.
Tess Staal
Creative Project Manager
Tess creates & manages digital content from the concept development stages to application. She loves to take ideas and refine them into visual solutions for B2C & B2B communications. Tess received her Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design & Marketing from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and is now pursuing an MBA with a specialty in Marketing Management. She is also an avid skydiver with over 250 jumps.
Sam Aaron
Site Superintendent
Sam brings immense experience in the construction field having worked in the industry since the mid-80s. Having once owned and operated his own commercial carpentry and interiors business, Sam epitomizes Formcraft’s entrepreneurial nature and friendly atmosphere. He spends his free time enjoying great food and traveling with his wife having hiked several of the USA’s most daunting mountains like the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon.
Troy Kaiser
Project Accountant
Troy is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Accounting. Troy enjoys using his experience in finance to support the design and construction projects at Formcraft. His efficiency at managing complex accounts helps the team stay organized and on budget. In his free time Troy can be found playing guitar or snowboarding.
Brian Burke
Site Superintendent
Brian has been with Formcraft for several years, before which he had experience in commercial project management and owned his own general contracting company. From these years of experience, customer service has become a top priority for him. Brian served as a Captain in the Pennsylvania National Guard, coaches lacrosse for the Springfield Athletic Association, and is an Assistant Scout Master of Troop 512.
Robert Quigley
Lead Superintendent
Rob served a brief period in the Marine Corps after high school, then gained experience at Hitt contracting, and has spent the last few years with Formcraft. The family atmosphere is what drew Rob to Formcraft and is something he works to uphold. In his own time, he is a father to 2 children, a golfer, and avid snowboarder.
Bryce Ewing
Project Manager / FF&E
Bryce provides quality support to our design team. Bryce embraces the new challenge of each day and truly enjoys transforming workspaces. Bryce is interested in and contributes to a number of education-related charity organizations. A Delaware County native, Bryce spends his weekends as a backyard grill-master.
Jay Hartman
Project Manager
With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Jay is a veteran in project management. He excels at transforming client’s ideas into beautiful workspaces that employees thrive in. A backyard grill master, Jay enjoys woodworking and spending time with his son and wife.
Art Lang
Site Superintendent
Art has over 35 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate as a Construction Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, and Fit Outs professional. Art enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping in his free time. Art has been a valuable member of the Formcraft team since 2018.
