SPACE: 6,000 sf

The main goal for this project was to modernize the office space and provide better functionality in the way employees worked together. The project was three phases and there were a couple of days in between each phase to move employees.

Tube Methods received new carpet and furniture, and fresh paint. The bathrooms were very outdated, and Formcraft updated them. Formcraft also updated some of their technology systems. An open space concept was used, but there were also conferences rooms and workstations for heads-down work. Tube Methods’ executive offices were also redesigned.

One of the main objectives was to maintain the retro feel of the space since it was an old building while modernizing at the same time. Formcraft handled the entire project from design through furniture.
