DFC Global Corp. is one of the largest providers of accessible consumer financial services in the world. They are a leading international financial services company serving unbanked and under-banked consumers.

DFC wanted to move to an open office environment, while maintaining a few key principles. One being the controlling of sound attenuation, the other was to provide privacy in an open office environment. Their goal was to increase collaboration and have open amenities that were actually utilized.

Along with an open workspace and collaboration based space, DFC wanted to utilize natural light. This came in the form of many glass office fronts, an open ceiling, upscale light fixtures, and reclaimed wood elements.

Ultimately, Formcraft was able to move DFC from a 50,000 sf space that only had the capacity for 140 employees, to a 32,800 sf space that now accommodates 170 employees.
