The renovation of the IKO Industries US Headquarters in Wilmington DE was completed to create an open environment that was in line the IKO Corporate brand.

The complete gut and renovations covered 9,000sf of the office, accommodating space for 50 employees. The Formcraft team focused on understanding the corporate standards and the final design provided space that supported an open environment and gave the team at IKO a flexible workspace.

The new space is very bright and allows all of the staff to take advantage of the natural light coming into the office. Glass Office and Meeting rooms allow natural light to flow through the office. New LED lighting, Flooring, Wall Finishes, and Furnishing created a space that truly reflects a market leader in the manufacturing and supply of Building Material.
