1. OVERVIEW
Batta Environmental provides comprehensive environmental engineering and environmental-health-safety consulting services, and is supported by their in-house accredited environmental laboratory.
2. CHALLENGE
As the team at Batta grew, the office was becoming cramped, disorganized and outdated. They faced the decision of selling the current facility and relocating or re-designing to upgrade and utilize their current office more efficiently.
3. VISION/PLAN
Create an office space that reflected leaderships vision for the company as well as met their growth plans for the next 5 years.
4. RESULT
Formcraft’s comprehensive design process revealed opportunities for better utilization of Batta’s existing office.The company was able to meet its objectives in the current facility without moving to a new location. They were also able to add additional seats and achieve a higher level of finish which upgraded their image and increased employee satisfaction.
